Dr. Andrew Bosier is the founder of ReGen Chiropractic and has been serving patients in Boynton Beach, Palm Beach and Broward County for over 15 years — performing more than 30,000 chiropractic adjustments and earning a consistent 5-star rating from patients across Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Lantana, Ocean Ridge, Manalapan and surrounding areas.

Dr. Andrew’s approach to pain relief goes well beyond the traditional chiropractic adjustment — particularly for patients with chronic joint degeneration, recurrent back problems, or failed cortisone treatment — he built the ReGen protocol to fill those gaps. By combining chiropractic adjustments with trigger point injection therapy, Wharton’s Jelly biologics, cord-derived exosome therapy, FDA-cleared Class IV cold laser therapy, spinal decompression, he hopes to help people live pain free naturally.

His focus is in regenerative and natural pain relief options — specifically helping active adults aged 45–75 who have been told surgery is their only option. Whether the condition is knee osteoarthritis, meniscus tear, "bone-on-bone" joint pain, a rotator cuff tear, chronic neck or low back pain, or sciatica, Dr. Andrew approaches each patient with a thorough evaluation and assessment of what’s possible without going under the knife.

Michele A. Mysnyk-DeAngelo is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with over 20 years of clinical experience in integrative medicine, anti-aging medicine, regenerative medicine, dermatology, and primary care. She joined ReGen Chiropractic in 2021, bringing a comprehensive and medically sophisticated perspective to the practice that significantly expands the scope of care available to patients.

Michele holds three advanced clinical certifications — PA-C (Physician Assistant, Board Certified), FMNM (Fellowship in Metabolic & Nutritional Medicine), and ABAAHP (American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners) — and graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2001. Her expertise spans hormonal health, metabolic optimization, regenerative medicine, and preventive anti-aging care.

Her presence at ReGen gives patients access to a much broader treatment spectrum. While Dr. Andrew focuses on structural and musculoskeletal regenerative care, Michele addresses the systemic factors that affect how well the body heals — including hormonal balance, metabolic health, nutritional status, and inflammatory markers. Together, they provide a level of integrated, non-surgical care that very few practices in Palm Beach County can offer.

Michele is passionate about helping patients — particularly women navigating midlife hormonal changes, and active adults dealing with the cumulative effects of years of physical activity — feel and function at their best without unnecessary medications or procedures.
