A Complete Regenerative System — Not Just an Adjustment

Why combining chiropractic adjustments, trigger point injection therapy, Wharton’s Jelly biologics, exosome therapy, and cold laser therapy into one coordinated protocol produces results that any single treatment alone cannot — and why most patients who are told surgery is inevitable can find a better path first.

The Problem with Single-Modality Care

Why Standard Treatment Often Falls Short

Standard chiropractic care addresses joint alignment — but not the deep muscle trigger points that pull vertebrae back out of position. Physical therapy addresses movement patterns — but not disc compression, nerve root irritation, or cellular tissue damage. Cortisone injections reduce inflammation temporarily — but they do nothing to repair the underlying tissue and may accelerate degeneration with repeated use. PRP depends on the patient’s own blood quality and frequently delivers inconsistent results.

Dr. Andrew built the ReGen protocol by spending 15+ years observing exactly where each of these approaches falls short — and then systematically filling those gaps with the most clinically effective tools available. The result is a level of non-surgical pain care that most practices in Palm Beach County are not equipped to offer.

The ReGen protocol is not a one-size-fits-all package. Every patient receives a thorough evaluation, and every care plan is built around the specific combination of treatments that makes clinical sense for that patient’s condition, history, and goals.

The ReGen Difference

Why Sequence Is as Important as Selection

At ReGen, we do not just select the right treatments — we perform them in the right order. The sequence is a clinical decision, not a convenience. Each step in the protocol prepares the tissue for what follows.

In the neck protocol: spinal decompression reduces disc and nerve pressure before anything else is applied. EMS and therapeutic ultrasound then reduce muscle spasm and pre-relax the tissue. Trigger point injections then release the trapezius and rhomboid muscles that would otherwise pull the adjustment back out. The chiropractic adjustment is then performed on fully prepared tissue — holding significantly longer as a result.

In the knee protocol: biologics and exosomes deliver growth factors and regenerative signals. Cold laser therapy reduces inflammation and accelerates the healing response. Trigger point injections reduce the compressive muscle tension around the joint. DME bracing protects the joint during the healing process. Targeted strengthening builds the muscular support the knee needs to maintain results. The same treatments in a different order — or without all the components — produce inferior results.

The Four Pillars

Every ReGen protocol addresses all four layers of the problem

1
Structural
Joint alignment and biomechanics via chiropractic adjustment — performed last, on fully prepared tissue
2
Soft Tissue
Trigger point injection therapy targeting the specific muscles responsible for each patient’s pattern
3
Regenerative
Wharton’s Jelly biologics, cord-derived exosomes, and Class IV cold laser therapy supporting tissue repair at the cellular level
4
Protective
DME bracing, targeted strengthening, and maintenance care protecting results and preventing re-injury
Common Questions

Questions about the ReGen approach

Why does ReGen combine so many different treatments?+
Because joint pain and chronic pain are almost never caused by just one thing. The joint is misaligned, the surrounding muscles are in chronic spasm with active trigger points, the disc may be compressed and dehydrated, and the tissue may need regenerative repair support. No single treatment addresses all of those simultaneously. Each modality at ReGen fills a specific clinical gap — and when they are coordinated in the right sequence, they make each other significantly more effective than any of them would be alone.
How is this different from physical therapy?+
Physical therapy focuses on progressive exercise and movement rehabilitation — which is valuable, but it does not address disc compression, cannot perform trigger point injections, does not deliver biologics or exosome therapy for tissue repair, and does not use Class IV cold laser. The ReGen protocol combines structural correction, deep soft tissue release through injection therapy, and regenerative tissue support in one coordinated clinical plan. Many patients find that PT works much better after their underlying trigger points and structural issues have been resolved.
Is this approach right for someone who has already tried chiropractic care?+
Yes — and in fact this is the most common situation we see. Patients who have had chiropractic adjustments that didn’t hold, or that provided temporary relief but not lasting improvement, almost always have chronic trigger points and disc pathology that standard chiropractic alone cannot address. Adding trigger point injection therapy to the protocol is often the single change that makes the critical difference between adjustments that last hours and adjustments that hold for weeks.
Why is ReGen cash-based rather than insurance-based?+
Because in an insurance-based practice, the insurance company effectively determines what treatments a patient can receive — regardless of what the patient actually needs. Wharton’s Jelly biologics, cord-derived exosome therapy, and cold laser therapy are not covered by insurance anywhere. Operating as a cash-based practice removes those restrictions entirely, allowing Dr. Andrew to recommend the full spectrum of treatments that give each patient the best possible chance of avoiding surgery. All costs are discussed openly and completely during your free consultation, before any treatment is agreed to.
What should I expect at my first visit?+
Your first visit at ReGen Chiropractic begins with a comprehensive consultation — a thorough review of your health history, your current condition, your imaging if available, what you have already tried, and what your goals are. Dr. Andrew then performs a physical evaluation and presents a clear, specific care plan with a realistic timeline and defined goals. No treatment is performed without your complete understanding and agreement. There is never any pressure to commit on the spot. The consultation is genuinely free, and it is a real conversation — not a sales presentation.
